The MTI cluster was born of a shared ambition on the part of its founding members to create a dynamic within public investment in the rail sector, and to take advantage of international market opportunities to create a national rail ecosystem with a stronger technological component, integrated around structuring public and private operators, and delivering greater economic and social added value.

Since the creation of our cluster in 2021, we have dedicated our efforts to laying solid foundations for the sustainable and innovative development of the rail industry. Our commitment and determination have been guided by the ambitious vision of the Rail 2040 Plan, led by the ONCF, which aims to transform and modernize our national rail network. These early years have been crucial in establishing a robust infrastructure and a clear roadmap, propelling us toward a future where rail will play a central role in our sustainable mobility. The development of rail, tram, and electric buses is thus becoming an essential pillar, offering eco-responsible transportation alternatives, reducing carbon emissions, and facilitating a transition to a greener, better-connected city. To achieve this, we bring together the best talent and the most advanced resources, while fostering collaboration between businesses, academic institutions, and government authorities.
