The MTI cluster was born of a shared ambition on the part of its founding members to create a dynamic within public investment in the rail sector, and to take advantage of international market opportunities to create a national rail ecosystem with a stronger technological component, integrated around structuring public and private operators, and delivering greater economic and social added value.
